Freshly baked rye sourdough served with cultured butter and black lava salt.

COURSE 02

CHICEKN LIVER PARFAIT, MUSHROOM & SAGE CROQUETTE & SWISS CHARD SPANAKOPITA

Chicken liver parfait, mushroom and sage croquette, and Swiss chard spanakopita, served with thyme and onion marmalade, garlic chive mayonnaise, oregano, lemon and whipped feta.

SMOKED BEETROOT CARPACCIO

Smoked baby beetroot carpaccio with whipped labneh, chilli jam, dukkah, fresh mint and pomegranate-harissa dressing.

CROWN ROAST CHICKEN

Crisp roast chicken breast with fondant potato, charred baby leeks, roasted fennel, broad bean salsa and lemon-thyme jus.

Dark Chocolate Tartlet

CITRON TART

Baked lemon tart with fresh strawberries, vanilla mascarpone mousse, white chocolate and crisp meringue.
